General conditions

RESERVATIONS

  • Arrivals and departures can be made any day of the week, depending on availability.
  • The Reservations are valid until 18:00 hours, unless notice of later arrival.
  • The entrance is from 3:00 pm or as soon as the apartment is ready.
  • The Departure will take place before 12:00 noon on the scheduled day.
  • Reception Desk from 08:00 to 24:00.Outside of these hours, access to the establishment and the apartments can be done via mobile phone or the apartment Card.
  • The minimum reservation in advance is 7 nights, especially from June to September and on special dates. Check possible lower reserves.
  • We do not charge deposit amount for the reservations. We only need that you provide us your credit card details (Visa or MasterCard) as guarantee for the reservation. Then, we will send you the confirmation of your reservation.
  • CANCELLATION:POLICY: In case that the reservation is cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival (21 days from 01st July to 15th to September), no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no show, the 50% of the total price of the reservation will be charged through the credit card details (Visa or MasterCard) that you provide us as guarantee for the reservation.
  • In Reservations of 4 Nights or less, the 100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

CLEANING

  • Arrival cleaning and then we clean  the apartment and change sheets and towels every 4 days in minimum bookings of 7 nights.
  • We do not provide towels for the beach or the pool.

PETS

  • Animals are not permitted

  • Extra Bed: € 40 / Night
  • Parking: € 17 / Night
  • Safe: € 2.5 / Night
  • Cot: € 10 / Night
  • VAT 10 % CURRENTLY INCLUDED
  • The stay of one night will increase by 15% (according to dates)
  • Open: 01 May 2025 to 30 October 2025 (both included)
