General conditions

RESERVATIONS

  • Arrivals and departures can be made any day of the week, depending on availability.
  • The Reservations are valid until 18:00 hours, unless notice of later arrival.
  • The entrance is from 3:00 pm or as soon as the apartment is ready.
  • The Departure will take place before 12:00 noon on the scheduled day.
  • 24 hours reception.
  • The minimum reservation in advance is 7 nights, especially from June to September and on special dates. Check possible lower reserves.
  • At Easter, the minimum reservation is 3 nights in advance (except 2-Bedroom Apartments, depending on availability).
  • Although the reservation can normally be made by paying 25% of the total rent and the balance is paid upon arrival, we will not charge any deposit amount for the reservation.We only need that you provide us your credit card details (Visa or MasterCard) as guarantee for the reservation. Then, we will send you the confirmation of your reservation.
  • CANCELLATION:POLICY: In case that the reservation is cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no show, the 50% of the total price of the reservation will be charged through the credit card details (Visa or MasterCard) that you provide us as guarantee for the reservation. 

CLEANING

  • The cleaning of the apartment and the change of sheets and towels is done every 4 days in minimum bookings of 7 nights.
  • We do not provide towels for the beach or the pool.

PETS

  • Animals are not permitted

  • Extra Bed: € 38 / Night
  • Parking: € 15 / Night
  • Safe: € 2.5 / Night
  • Cot: € 10 / Night
  • VAT 10 % CURRENTLY INCLUDED
  • The stay of one night will increase by 15% (according to dates)
  • Open: 13 May 2022 to 22 October 2022 (both included)
